When city water or re-use water from a municipal source is fed into an irrigation system the pressure may be unreliable or insufficient for the end use. For example, water is often fed in at 30 or 40 PSI but for the irrigation system to work efficiently it might need pressure of 60 or 70 PSI.
We can manufacture and install pump stations which take the incoming water from the municipal source and boost the pressure so that it is suitable for your specific irrigation system requirements.
Your irrigation manager can stay in control of the water pressure at all times with Hoover Flowguard, adjusting it so that the irrigation system is working at its most efficient. By using only the water you need, you also avoid unnecessary wear and tear and save money.
The same technology can be used for high rise building water pressure so all occupants receive equally powerful running water. We design and manufacture booster pump systems for large and small scale applications, including pumps that can boost the municipal water supply, adding enough pressure to take water up to the 20th or 30th floors.
