Our Construction Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing the entire process of installing a new irrigation pump station. The process starts with data gathering and creating the initial proposal, to follow up, to then managing the job through the execution phase when the pump station is installed at the customer site.

Job Description/Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Create station proposals, send, and follow up with customer on a regular basis.
- Set up sales meetings for outside sales and support with follow up materials to the customer following the meeting.
- Gather site info, permits, property mapping, and pictures.
- Transfer signed proposals to an internal order for production.
- Complete utility locates and coordinate vendor material delivery needed for install.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for additional work scope like electrical upgrades, jack and bore, crane rental etc.…
- Engage with customers to walk them through the installation process including install scheduling and confirming completion of customer work scope prior to install.
- Create install work orders with clear work scope for our install technicians, contact/site access information, so installs can be completed efficiently without return visits.
- Close and invoice install work orders timely and save all install documentation in the job site folder and update job site record with install info.
- Ensure our database is updated with customer information.
- Ensure repairs/upgrades requiring the install technicians are scheduled timely according to job urgency.
- Manage install technician schedules (including travel booking) and minimize downtime.
- Maintain installation calendar.
